Slimislav is an Olympic weightlifter from the fictional Soviet satellite country of Balkoslavia. He competed in the 1976-1988 Games until he was forced to retire due to doping allegations (which were true). His coach sent him out of country for cross-training and Slimislav ended up at a BLOWW show.
